Name of Innovation - 'Nirbhid Katta' in Education
1) Objectives, needs and importance of innovation
When I was in school, I never wanted to go near our Guruji and talk freely in my mind, there was always fear, awe, in my mind, I could never express myself freely, and even when I joined as a teacher, it was to some extent, but since then 'Advanced Educational Maharashtra' Programs such as 'Student Oriented Learning', Motivation Training, Instructor Training (MOT) have changed the behavior of most of the officers and teachers in the classroom. In order to give a free way to this free communication, we started an initiative called 'Nirbhid Katta' in our school and what a miracle happened. The children started communicating freely. Their future dreams started getting a direction. This is an initiative with all the important objectives.
This initiative has been started with the main need that all the students should be able to communicate freely, speak well, express themselves and this has helped all the children in my school to express themselves freely in the last 1 year. Learning means learning to communicate freely
Innovation in the initiative: -
Every venture is successful because there is something new in it. ‘Nirbhid Katta’ is also a very innovative venture.
1) Every child can express his thoughts in a question form.
2) Important information in various fields can be obtained in a very short period of time.
3) It is a useful activity to make the students aware that there are problems, ways, options in their area of interest.
4) As a result, the children started thinking and trying to get maximum information about it.
5) As the expression becomes free, it helps to understand other subjects.
6) Since the program is being held in camera, it helps to understand the reactions, opinions and thoughts of the dignitaries when he wants it even after that.
7) Since this activity is in camera, children learn to speak easily in front of the camera.
8) It is an activity that connects all the subjects.
Planning and implementation
The most important planning for this event is to get the time by contacting the people related to the important days in the whole month. Also keep in touch with the alternate person for such an event. Also Must be done. On the day before the katta, send a message to the students that people from this area are coming to your katta tomorrow so that they can get more information about it.
Direct action
‘Fearless Katta’ is a great way to get a complete picture of a particular area in a short period of time by inviting a person from a different area to the school every week or fortnight to get complete information about their area as well as book questions.
How to implement Nirbhaid Katta: -
1) First of all classify your school according to the area in which it is located.
2) If your school is in rural area, make a list of successful people in urban areas.
3) Creating a list of various people such as sports, music, bank, military, politics, revenue officers, social activists, artists, journalists, doctors, lawyers, writers-poets, police, etc. To stay
4) With your and their planning or once a week decide that every Tuesday at 1 pm Katta will start.
5) Tell the students who was invited this week so that the students can collect some information about the area from their family members, from books or other places.
6) Students formulate questions according to their ability and ask questions according to the occasion.
7) In the i-City room of our school, where the guests sit, the camera or laptop is set so that the guests and the program can be easily seen on the front projector. And the same can be done live on YouTube or Facebook.
8) After introducing the first guest and telling them about themselves for 5 to 10 minutes, then the children become fearless

Success:
1) Children learn to communicate freely.
2) They themselves are eager to get information about a field.
3) The time it takes to get information from a book, the limit is more than the actual information, so it starts to feel true.
4) Every student learns to be aware of his future.
5) Due to this initiative, children started participating in essay, oratory, debate competitions and became successful.
6) The important principle in education is that children start growing up in less time than any other financial matter.
7) Children develop questioning skills.
8) Helps to change the opinion about your school in different areas of the society.
9) It helps to increase public participation.
10) Hundreds of students are benefiting from this program as it is being implemented in the surrounding schools as well.
11) As this program has been published on social media, hundreds of schools have taken more information and also given feedback about it.
12) Therefore, a lot of teachers from all over the state are implementing this program in their own school.

After all, with a little bit of effort, it helps to enrich the child's brotherhood in a very short period of time and as the activity grows, the desire of the people who come to us for hours increases and the people who come help our school through public participation. That is why education is becoming fearless.

मी शाळेत असताना आमच्या
गुरुजीच्या जवळ जावून मनातील सर्व मुक्तपणे बोलणे असे कधी घडायचे नाही, मनात कायम भीती,दरारा,असायचा मनात असूनही
मुक्तपणे व्यक्त होता यायचे नाही आणि शिक्षक म्हणून जेंव्हा मी रूजू झालो तेंव्हा
सुद्धा काही प्रमाणत हे होतेच मात्र जेंव्हापासून ‘प्रगत
शैक्षणिक महाराष्ट्र’, ‘विद्यार्थी केंद्रित शिक्षण’,कार्यप्रेरणा प्रशिक्षण,प्रशिक्षकांचे प्रशिक्षण (MOT)
अशा कार्यक्रमामुळे बहुतांश
अधिकारी व शिक्षक यांच्या वर्गातील वागण्यातील बदल खूप वेगळ्या म्हणजे आपुलकी,मुलांशी जवळीकता वाढली ,मुले थोडीफार व्यक्त
व्हायला लागल्याचे चित्र समोर यायला लागले अगदी काही मुले छोट्या गोष्टी, कविता स्वत: लिहायला लागले आणि सदर
करायला लागली.या
मुक्त संवादाला एक योग्य मार्ग देण्यासाठी आमच्या शाळेत आम्ही ‘निर्भीड कट्टा’ नावाचा उपक्रम सुरु केला
आणि काय चमत्कार घडला मुले आगदी मुक्तपणे संवाद साधू लागली,घरच्यांना जशी संवाद साधतात अगदी त्यापेक्षा उत्तम मुक्तपणे
संवाद साधू लागली आणि त्यांच्या भविष्यातील स्वप्नांना एक दिशा मिळायला लागली.हि सर्व महत्त्वपूर्ण
उद्दिष्ट्ये असलेला एक उपक्रम आहे.
सर्व विद्यार्थी मुक्तपणे संवाद
साधावेत,चांगली
बोलावेत,अभिव्यक्त
व्हावेत या मुख्य गरजेतून हा उपक्रम सुरु केलेला आहे आणि मागील संपूर्ण १ वर्षात
माझ्या शाळेतील सर्व मुले मुक्तपणे अभिव्यक्त व्हायला यामुळे फार मदत होत आहे.यामुळे मुले फक्त बोलणेच
नव्हे तर उत्तमपणे जे एकले,अनुभवले ते लिहायला शिकली म्हणजेच मुक्त संवाद
करायला शिकली हे या उपक्रमाचे सर्वात मोठे महत्त्व आहे
उपक्रमातील नाविन्यता :-
प्रत्येक उपक्रम म्हणजे
त्यामध्ये काहीतरी नाविन्यता असल्याने तो यशस्वी होत असतो. ‘निर्भीड
कट्टा’हा
सुद्धा अगदी नाविन्यपूर्ण असा उपक्रम आहे.
१)प्रत्येक मुलगा स्वत:आपल्या मनात येणारे विचार
प्रश्नरूपाने व्यक्त होऊ शकतो.
२)अगदी कमी कालावधीत विविध
क्षेत्रातील महत्त्वपूर्ण माहिती प्राप्त होऊ शकते.
३)विद्यार्थ्यांना आपल्या
आवडीच्या क्षेत्रात काम समस्या,मार्ग ,पर्याय आहेत हे जाणीव होण्यास उपयुक्त असा उपक्रम
आहे.
४)यामुळे मुले विचार करून
त्याबद्दल जास्तीत जास्त माहिती मिळवण्यासाठी प्रयत्नशील होऊ लागली.
५)अभिव्यक्ती मुक्त होत
असल्याने इतर विषय समजण्यास मदत होऊ लागली.
६) कार्यक्रम इन कॅमेरा होत
असल्याने त्यानंतर सुद्धा त्याला हवे आहे तेंव्हा तो पाहून सदरील मान्यवरांच्या
प्रतिक्रिया,मते,विचार हे समजण्यास मदत
होते.
७) हा उपक्रम इन कॅमेरा
असल्याने मुले कॅमेरा समोर सहज बोलणे शिकतात.
८) सर्व विषयांना जोडणारा, सह संबंध येणारा असा
उपक्रम आहे.
नियोजन व प्रत्यक्ष कार्यवाही
सदरील कार्यक्रमासाठी संपूर्ण १ महिन्यात जे
महत्त्वपूर्ण दिवस असतील त्याच्याशी संबधीत व्यक्तिंना संपर्क करून त्याची वेळ
प्राप्त करून घेणे हे सर्वात महत्त्वाचे नियोजन आहे.अशा कार्यक्रमास पर्यायी व्यक्तीशी सुद्धा संपर्क
करून ठेवणे.सोबतच
कार्यक्रमाच्या दिवशी वर्गखोलीत संपूर्ण तयारी जसे फलक लेखन,कॅमेरा सेट करणे इत्यादी सर्व नियोजन करणे आवश्यक
आहे. कट्ट्याच्या
अगोदरच्या दिवशी विद्यार्थ्यांना उद्या हे व्यक्ती या क्षेत्रातील व्यक्ती आपल्या
कट्ट्यावर येत आहेत असा निरोप देणे जेणेकरून त्याबद्ल अधिक माहिती मिळवून येतात.
प्रत्यक्ष कार्यवाही
‘निर्भीड कट्टा’ म्हणजे दर आठवड्याला किंवा पंधरा दिवसाला शाळेत एका
वेगळ्या क्षेत्रातील व्यक्तीला शाळेत आमंत्रित करून त्यांच्या क्षेत्राबद्दल
संपूर्ण माहिती जाणून घेणे सोबतच सर्व विद्यार्थी त्या सन्माननीय पाहुण्यांना
अस्सल पत्रकारा सारखे प्रश्न विचारून पुस्तकी महित्यासोबत कमी कालावधीत एका
विशिष्ट क्षेत्राबाबत प्रत्यक्ष माहिती मिळवण्याचा एक उत्तम मार्ग आहे.
निर्भीड कट्टा कसा राबवला/राबवावा :-
१)सर्वप्रथम आपली शाळा
कोणत्या क्षेत्रात आहे म्हणजे शहरी /ग्रामीण त्यानुसार वर्गीकरण करावे.
२)आपली शाळा ग्रामीण भागातील
असेल तर शहरी भागातील कामे,क्षेत्रे यातील यशस्वी व्यक्तींची यादी तयार करावी.आणि शहरी असेल तर ग्रामीण
क्षेत्रे .
३) प्रत्येक क्षेत्राला
वर्षभरात स्पर्श होईल याप्रमाणे नियोजन करताना क्रीडा ,संगीत, बँक, सैन्य, राजकारण, महसुली अधिकारी,सामजिक कार्यकर्ते,कलाकार,पत्रकार,डॉक्टर,वकील,लेखक-कवी,पोलीस, अशा विविध लोकांची एक यादी तयार करून त्यांच्याशी
संपर्क करत राहावे.
४)आपल्या आणि त्यांच्या
नियोजनाने किंवा आठवड्यातील एक वार ठरवून घ्यावा कि जसे दर मंगळवार दुपारी १ वाजता कट्टा सुरु होईल.
५) या आठवड्यात कोणाला
निमंत्रित केले ते विद्यार्थ्यांना सांगावे म्हणजे विद्यार्थी आपल्या घरातील
व्यक्तीकडून,पुस्तकातून
किंवा इतर ठिकाणाहून त्या क्षेत्राबद्दल थोडीफार माहिती संग्रहित करू शकतील.
६) विद्यार्थी त्यांच्या
कुवतीनुसार प्रश्न तयार करतात आणि प्रसंगानुरूप ते प्रश्न विचारतात.
७) आमच्या शाळेतील आय सिटी
रूम मध्ये पाहुणे बसतात त्या ठिकाणी बरोबर कॅमेरा किंवा laptop
असा सेट केला आहे कि समोरील
प्रोजेक्टर वर पाहुणे आणि कार्यक्रम सहज दिसतो.आणि तेच युट्युब किंवा फेसबुक लाइव्ह करता येते.
८) प्रथम पाहुण्याची ओळख आणि
ते स्वत: त्यांच्या
बद्दल ५ ते १० मिनिटे माहिती सांगून झाल्यावर मग मुले निर्भीडपणे प्रश्नोत्तरे
विचारायला सुरुवात करतात.

यापेक्षा प्रत्यक्ष माहिती मिळाल्यामुळे त्याला सत्यता वाटायला लागते.
४)प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी
आपल्या भविष्यकाळा बद्दल जागरूक राहण्याचे शिकतो.
५) या उपक्रमामुळे मुले निबंध,वक्तृत्व,वादविवाद या स्पर्धात
सहजपणे सहभागी होवून यशस्वी व्हायला लागली.
६)कोणत्याही आर्थिक
बाबीपेक्षा कमी कालावधीत मुले प्रगल्भ व्हयला लागली हे शिक्षणातील महत्त्वाचे तत्व
यशस्वी होते.
७) मुलांकडे प्रश्ननिर्मितीचे
कौशल्य वृद्धिंगत होत जाते.
८) समाजातील विविध क्षेत्रात
आपल्या शाळेबद्दल मतपरिवर्तन होण्यास मदत होते.
९) यामुळे लोकसहभाग वाढण्यास
मदत होते.
१०) आजूबाजूच्या शाळेत सुद्धा
हा कार्यक्रम राबू लागल्याने शेकडो विद्यार्थ्यांना याचा फायदा होतोय.
११) सोशल मिडीयावर हा
कार्यक्रम प्रसिद्ध केल्यामुळे शेकडो शाळांनी अधिक माहिती घेवून त्याच्या बद्दल
प्रतिक्रिया सुद्धा दिल्या आहे.
१२) त्यामुळे राज्यभरातील भरपूर
शिक्षकांनी आपापल्या परीने हा कार्यक्रम त्यांच्या शाळेत राबवत आहेत.
सारांश
शेवटी काय तर आपल्या
थोड्याशा प्रयत्नाने मुलाचे भावविश्व समृद्ध होण्यास मदत होते ती ही अगदी कमी
कालावधीत आणि जसा हा उपक्रम वाढत जातो, प्रसिद्ध होतो तास आपल्याकडे येणा-या लोकांची स्वता: हून इच्छा वाढत जाते आणि
येणारे व्यक्ती लोकसहभागाच्या माध्यमातून आपल्या शाळेला मदत करतात. म्हणूनच
शिक्षण निर्भीड होत जाते हा आमचा शिक्षणातील ‘निर्भीड कट्टा’ तुम्हीही आवश्यक प्रयोग करून पाहाल.
