Virtual Trip: Learning to Survive

                                                          As a kid, my mother used to tell me stories from the Ramayana, Mahabharata and say that Rama suddenly came and helped the devotee. I could not do anything. To that my mother replied that if a devotee was in trouble in Sri Lanka, God would immediately go there and help him, immediately to another devotee in Nepal. While learning science, I used to think my mother was wrong ... But after coming to the teaching profession, after starting the use of technology in education, I realized that it is not true or false information but technology is currently possible.

                                             There are different ways of learning, ways to learn things in a short, easy, interesting way using technology. One of the methods is the Virtual Trip, which we are easily familiar with, called Video Conference. Anyone would love to know what and how everyone can do it. In this way, computers and the Internet With the help of this we can easily communicate with anyone around the world as we speak face to face. Then, in the next days, we will be able to use it in learning real students and interact with people from different states, different countries Today's students communicate easily.

Needs:

2) Many things around the world can be seen along with the book.

2) To know the social, economic and educational situation in those areas.

2) To understand the different methods of learning easy and interesting.

2) Explain the child's choice of country and abroad.

2) In that country, efforts should be made to improve the education system in the state.

 

How to take a virtual trip?

2) One of the ways we can do this process using various software is to get a software or application called Skype.

2) You have to create your own account with email.

2) Create your own Skype Name Like Facebook eg Balaji.jadhav83 is my Skype Name.

2) Like Facebook, we have to send and accept requests to each other, after which we become Skype friends.

3) We can connect with each other from our contact numbers.

2) Skype can work only when the internet is on, so both Skype and Internet should be started.

3) After starting Skype, you see an option under the name 'contact' below the name you see.

2) After clicking on their name, you see options like video call, voice call, SMS. Of these, clicking on the video option, the person in front of the call is seen and if he takes the call, you will see each other.

2) The time and the topics need to be decided by discussing the phone with the people you want to talk to first.

2) If you have a laptop, you can make a sound without a headphone, but if you have a computer, you have to have a webcam and headphones.

व्हर्च्युल ट्रीप: शिकण्यातला जिवंतपणा

                                                लहानपणी माझी आई मला रामायण, महाभारतातील कथा सांगायची आणि म्हणायची की, राम अचानक आवतरले आणि भक्ताची मदत केली.मला ऐकून भारी वाटायचे,मात्र उच्च प्राथमिक आणि माध्यमिक शिक्षण घेताना मी शंका उपस्थित करायचो तर आई म्हणायची ते देव होते त्यांच्या कडे दैवी शक्ती होत्या त्यामुळे ते काहीही करू शकत आसत.मी म्हणायचो काहीही म्हणजे काय? त्यावर माझी आई उत्तर द्यायची की एखादा भक्त श्रीलंकेत अडचणीत आहे तर देव ताबडतोब तिथे जावून त्याला मदत करत,लगेच नेपाळ  मध्ये दुस-या भक्ताला. विज्ञान शिकताना मला माझी आई खोटी वाटायची......पण पुढे शिक्षकी पेशात आल्यावर शिक्षणात तंत्रज्ञान वापर सुरु केल्यावर समजू लागले की ते खरे की खोटे माहिती नाही मात्र तंत्रज्ञाना मुळे सध्या ते शक्य होतेय.आणि अगदी सहज शक्य.

                                              तसे पाहता शिकण्याचे विविध मार्ग,पद्धती आहेत त्यामध्ये तंत्रज्ञान वापरून कमी वेळेत,सहज ,मनोरंजक पद्धतीने काही गोष्टी शिकता येतात त्यापैकीच एक पध्दत म्हणजे व्हर्च्युल ट्रीप ज्याला आपण व्हिडीओ कॉन्फरन्स या नावाने आपण सहज परिचित होतो.काय असते हे,यातून कसे होते शिक्षण,याची गरज काय आणि प्रत्येकजण हे कसे करू शकतो  याबद्दल जाणून घेणे कोणालाही आवडेल.या पध्दतीत संगणक आणि इंटरनेट यांच्या मदतीने जगभरातील कुठल्याही व्यक्तीशी आपण समोरा समोर बोलतो याप्रमाणे सहज संवाद साधू शकतो.सर्व प्रथम मी २०१० साली आमच्या म्हसवड केंद्राच्या केंद्र संमेलनात यशदाचे संचालक निनीत खाडे (भा.प्र. से.)यांच्याशी आम्ही संवाद साधला होता तेंव्हा खूप नवल आणि अजब वाटले सर्वांना, मग पुढील काळात प्रत्यक्ष विद्यार्थ्यांना शिकण्यात याचा वापर करून विविध राज्यातील, विविध देशातील लोकांशी आमचे विद्यार्थी आज सहज संवाद साधतात.

गरज :

१) पुस्तका सोबत जगभरातील ब-याच गोष्टी प्रात्यक्षिक पाहता याव्यात.

२) त्या त्या भागातील सामाजिक,आर्थिक,शैक्षणिक परिस्थिती माहित व्हावी.

३) सहज व मनोरंजक  शिकण्याच्या विविध पध्दती समजण्यासाठी.

४) देश विदेशातील मुलांच्या आवडी निवडी समजाव्या.

५) त्या त्या देशातील,राज्यातील शिक्षण व्यवस्था प्रगल्भीकरण होण्यासाठीचे प्रयत्न माहित व्हावेत.

व्हर्च्युल ट्रीप कशी करावी ?

१) विविध software वापरून आपण ही प्रक्रिया करू शकतो त्यातीलच एक म्हणजे स्काईप (Skype) नावाचे software किंवा अप्लिकेशन घ्यावे लागते.

२) त्यावर आपले स्वता:चे खाते (Account) इमेल च्या साह्याने तयार करावे लागते.

३) आपले स्वत:चे एक स्काईप नेम तयार होते फेसबुक प्रमाणे उदा.Balaji.jadhav83 हे माझे स्काईप नेम आहे.

४) फेसबुक प्रमाणे आपण एकमेकांना रिक्वेस्ट पाठवावी लागते व ती स्वीकारावी लागते,त्यानंतर आपण एकमेकांचे स्काईप मित्र होतो.

५) आपल्या संपर्क क्रमांकाहून ही आपण एकमेकांशी जोडले जावू शकतो.

६) स्काईप हे इंटरनेट सुरु असल्यावरच काम करू शकते त्यामुळे स्काईप आणि इंटरनेट या दोन्ही बाबी सुरु कराव्यात.

७) स्काईप सुरु केल्यावर आपल्याला आपले नाव दिसते त्याच्या खाली contact नावाचा पर्याय दिसतो आपण जेवढ्या मित्रांशी जोडलो गेलोत ते तेथे दिसतात.

८) त्यांच्या नावावर क्लिक केले कि आपणास व्हिडीओ कॉल,व्हाईस कॉल,एस एम एस असे पर्याय दिसतात.त्यापैकी व्हिडीओ या पर्यायावर क्लिक केल्यास समोरच्या व्यक्तीला कॉल आलेला दिसतो त्याने कॉल घेतल्यास आपण एकमेकांना दिसू लागतो.

९) ज्यांना आपल्या बोलायचे आहे त्यांच्याशी  प्रथम फोनवर चर्चा करून वेळ, विषय हे ठरवून घ्यावे लागतात.

१०) साधने म्हणाल तर laptop असल्यास हेडफोन शिवाय आवाज येवू शकतो मात्र संगणक असल्यास त्याला वेब कॅमेरा आणि हेडफोन असावे लागतात.

११) समोरचे व्यक्ती दिसल्यास आपण त्यांच्याशी  चर्चा करू शकतो जसे, भागाकार शिकवण्याची तुमची पध्दती कोणती? मग ते प्रत्यक्ष ती क्रिया तेथे करून  दाखवू शकतात म्हणजे हजारो किलोमीटर जावून शिकण्या ऐवजी प्रत्यक्ष तेथेच शिकायला मिळते.

१२)वरच्या बाजूला स्काईप ,contact ,conversation,call ,view,tools,help असे पर्याय दिसतात त्या सर्व पर्यायाचा वापर वेगवेगळ्या गोष्टी साठी आपण करू शकतो.

१३) सोबतच एका पेक्षा जास्त म्हणजे दोन,तीन ,चार व्यक्ती आपण एकत्रित प्रत्यक्ष संवाद साधू शकतो त्यासाठी एकाला बोलणे सुरु असताना आपल्या स्क्रीनवर एक बेरेजेचे चिन्ह दिसते त्यावर क्लिक करून दुस-या व्यक्तिंना जोडू शकतो.

१४) वरील पर्यायामध्ये खूप चांगले पर्याय आहेत जसे की call नावाच्या पर्यायात share screen नावाचा एक पर्याय आहे याने आपल्या संगणकाची पूर्ण स्क्रीन समोरील व्यक्तिंना दाखवता येते असे विविध पर्याय यामध्ये आहेत.

१५) प्रश्नोत्तरे, प्रात्याक्षिके, नाट्य,नकला,चित्रकला, पद्धती,सर्व बाबी प्रात्यक्षिक दाखवता व पाहता येतात.

१६) बोलणे संपल्यावर कॉल समाप्त करून संभाषण संपवून आपण लॉग आउट होवू शकतो.

फायदे/ परिणाम

१) स्क्रीनवर प्रात्यक्षिक पहिल्याने शिकण्यात जिवंतपणा येतो.

२) मुलांचा आत्मविश्वास खूप मोठ्या प्रमाणावर वाढतो.

३) विविध भाषा,कला,वेशभूषा,सर्व बाबी सहज आणि अगदी कमी वेळेत समजायला मदत होते.

४) जगभरात शिक्षणासाठी काय सुरु आहे,आपण कोठे आहोत याचीही माहिती होते.सोबत आपल्याला काय सुधारणा करायला हव्यात हे समजायला लागते.

५) नियमित पद्धतीने शिकण्यापेक्षा या पद्धतीने कधीतरी शिकायला मिळते त्यामुळे स्मरणात राहण्यास मदत होते.

                                                शिकण्यात विविधता आल्याने चिरकाल स्मरणात राहते हे सत्य आहे आणि आवश्यक तेथे गरजेनुरूप या पद्धतीने शिकण्याचा प्रयत्न केल्यास त्यात जिवंतपणा आल्याशिवाय राहत नाही.शिवाय खूप खर्चिक आहे असेही नाही.ग्रामीण भागात नेटवर्क सारख्या समस्या आहेत त्यासाठी IMO सारखे 2g नेटवर्क मध्ये काम करणारे काही app आहेत त्याच्या मदती ने सुद्धा असे अनुभव घेता येवू शकतात.

                                                शेवटी काय तर तंत्रज्ञान वापरामुळे आपल्या शिकण्यात  काही भर पडत असेल,तीही इतकी सहज आणि परिणामकारक तर आपण सर्वांनी व्हर्च्युल ट्रीप चा अनुभव घ्यायला काहीच हरकत नाही आणि शिकण्यातला जिवंतपणा वाढवण्यास प्रयत्न करून आपलं प्रत्येक मुल सहज शिकण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करूया.
