1) Title of Innovation: - Zero Budget Library

2) Need and importance of innovation: -

A) Reasons for choosing a venture: - Zero Budget Library The most important reason for choosing a venture is that all the skills can be well nurtured through a single venture.

B) The uniqueness of the activity: - Through this activity students learn to read well, the readers learn to speak well, that is, to express themselves, they learn to write what is read or spoken in their own language, to record what is written. And with the help of technology, this 'Zero Budget Library' is useful to millions of teachers and schools. This will help you to create the best ‘Zero Budget Library’ for your class, the school.

C) Usefulness: - 'Zero Budget Library' will enable one class in your school, all classes to make the best use of their reading, speech, writing, recording skills, as well as cloud storage through social media, blogs, websites. The most important benefit is that millions of teachers and schools benefit from it for free. This is the reality.

3) Objectives of Innovation: -

A) Why? : - I started this activity after realizing that my student lacked expression skills.

A) Every child should develop a love of reading.

B) It should be easy to remember what was read, it should be expressive.

E) Read, read, write easily.

E) Create your own Zero Budget Library by recording the best read, expressed, written.

A) Zero budget library should be used by millions of teachers and schools.

B) Who benefits? : - The benefit of this initiative will be to all the students in my class, school as well as millions of teachers and students across the state with the help of modern technology.

C) How, in what format, by what action: - 'Zero Budget Library' is an activity where you don't just want to read the available books or the app of the free books on the tab, but read the summaries of the books read by the children. Writing recordings should be done so that children can participate in reading in a good and interesting way, then express themselves about it. Learning to write down the same things in a notebook improves writing skills and helps them to become accustomed to recording in the future. It creates an excellent zero-budget library of self-recorded stories. As a result of this initiative, hundreds of recorded story books are now benefiting millions of teachers across the state with the help of websites or links.

D) What and for whom: - This activity will improve the speaking, reading, writing, excellent recording skills of the children.

4) Innovation Planning: -

I. Observing the pre-activity situation: - Before implementing such activities, children did not seem eager to read happily, so it was not possible to express what was read easily and then it was not possible to make a separate library or storage by recording.

II. Discussions with concerned persons, experts: - In this context, I have discussed this with my school colleagues, as well as at the monthly education conference.

III. Consideration of Necessary Tools: - As the name of the initiative is 'Zero Budget Library', the only tools required for this are the books available in the library already provided by the government in the school and the tab available to 100% students in my school. And we use the same tab for recording in the best way so that we do not have to incur any cost for this. Everyone can have a mobile phone and anyone can easily use Google Drive which is free for storage.

IV. Sequence of action to be taken: -

A) The first thing to do while implementing this project is to provide books or tabs to the students.

B) Ask them to read a story. Ask them to wipe their eyes for five minutes. Then tell the story in front of everyone in the class.

E) Ask them to write the said thing in their notebook and you should check it carefully.

E) Recording what has been read, spoken, written with the help of tabs and its proper preservation by the teachers.

V. Observation of post-enterprise status: - Post-enterprise status is very satisfying. This is because of the fact that 100% of the students seem to be responding enthusiastically to the cause for which this initiative was started.

VI. Stages of action: - We started this project in July 2018 and have taken entries till December 2019.

A) We carry out this activity every Thursday.

B) Once a month the group listens to everyone's recordings.

C) Every 4 months a record is kept of how many stories were read and how many recordings were made.

VII. Helping others for the project: - My headmaster of my school, Shri. Bhoj is supported by Baba Kalel. Also, the parents who come to visit us also tell some things to the children.

VIII. Evidence to be submitted for the project: -

A) Video.

B) Photos of things written by children.

C) Link to what was recorded.

D) Some other photos.

5) Methods of innovation: -

I. Observations of pre-existing conditions and their records: - Before starting this activity, children were not able to express themselves boldly and therefore could not speak easily while recording in front of the tab.

II. Observations and information gathering during the proceedings: - Some children tend to ignore the actual proceedings but other children tell good stories and also record. This improvement is due to them. Improvements were made. It stopped with the practice of pausing while recording.

III. Observations and notes after completion of the activity - After the completion of the activity, reading enthusiasm was seen, it seems to be easy to tell stories and record without stopping.

IV. Problems encountered in the process: - First of all the children of class 1 solved the problem of reading and after that they were having difficulty in expressing themselves. However, they got rid of this problem by showing some demos. The problem went away.

A) Each child happily developed a love of reading.

B) It was easy to remember what was read, it was easy to express.

E) Future writers began to emerge as they could read, tell, and write easily.

E) My students are on the way to become better communicators, omniscient narrators in the future as they are able to record well what they have read, expressed and written.

A) From all the above procedures, a zero budget library has been created for each child by reading 100 story books in about 15 months and recording 50-50 stories.

A) Zero Budget Library is being used by millions of teachers and schools through social media, blogs, websites with all the students in our school.

7) Conclusion: -

Overall, all the difficulties encountered in starting this project were overcome and every student of 1st to 4th class of my school developed a love of reading and children began to express themselves easily and every teacher's discomfort about reading, writing and expression disappeared easily. As the habit got used, it started to be used in competitive exams as well. The children also started writing nice things.

       Make what is difficult easy,

       What is simple should be done easily.

According to this saying, all the children in my school have become good readers, have started writing at their best, we have succeeded in creating our own zero budget library by expressing and recording well. Not only this, through my website www.shiKShanbhakti.in thousands of teachers have started using it.

Every child in my school will soon become the best writer, speaker and narrator of tomorrow, not just reading and writing.

१) नवोपक्रमाचे शीर्षक :-  झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी

 

२) नवोपक्रमाची गरज व महत्त्व :-

        अ) उपक्रम निवडण्यामागाचे कारण :- झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी हा  उपक्रम निवडण्यामागे सर्वात प्रमुख कारण आहे की एकाच उपक्रमातून सर्व कौशल्य उत्तम रित्या रुजवता  येतात.

          ब) उपक्रमाचे वेगळेपण :- कुठलाही खर्च न करता विद्यार्थी या उपक्रमातून उत्तम वाचन करायला शिकतात, वाचलेले उत्तमपणे बोलायला म्हणजेच अभिव्यक्त होण्यास शिकतात ,वाचलेले वा बोललेले  स्वता:च्या भाषेत लिहायला शिकतात,लिहलेले  स्वता:रेकॉर्ड करायला शिकतात. व तंत्रज्ञानाच्या मदतीने ती ‘झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी’ लाखो शिक्षक व शाळांना उपयुक्त होते.  असे करून आपल्या वर्गाची, शाळेची एक सर्वोत्तम अशी ‘झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी’ तयार होण्यास मदत होते.

          क) उपयुक्तता :-  ‘झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी’  मुळे आपल्या शाळेतील एक वर्ग, सर्व वर्ग तर याचा उत्तम वापर करतातच त्यांचे वाचन,भाषण, लेखन, रेकॉर्डिंग, हे सर्व कौशल्य सुधारलेले दिसून येतील सोबतच हे सोशल मिडिया, ब्लॉग ,वेबसाईट च्या माध्यमाने क्लाऊड स्टोरेज असल्यामुळे लाखो शिक्षक व शाळांना याचा मोफत लाभ होतोय हि सर्वात महत्त्वाची उपयुक्तता आहे. हे वास्तव आहे.

३) नवोपक्रमाची उद्दिष्ट्ये :-

अ )  का ? :-  हा उपक्रम मी माझ्या विद्यार्थ्यात अभिव्यक्ती कौशल्य कमतरता जाणवल्याने राबवण्यास सुरुवात केली.

अ) प्रत्येक मुलात  वाचनाची आवडनिर्माण व्हावी.

आ) वाचलेले आठवून सहजपणे सांगता यावे,अभिव्यक्त होता यावे.

इ) वाचलेले ,सांगितलेले ,सहजपणे लिहिता यावे.

ई) वाचलेले,अभिव्यक्त झालेले,लिहिलेले उत्तमपणे रेकॉर्डिंग करून स्वता:ची एक झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी तयार व्हावी.

उ) झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी चा उपयोग लाखो शिक्षक व शाळांना व्हावा.

ब) फायदा कोणाला ? :-  या उपक्रमाचा फायदा हा माझा वर्गातील,शाळेतील सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना व सोबतच आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञानाच्या साह्याने राज्यभरातील लाखो शिक्षक व विद्यार्थ्यांना असणार आहे.

क ) कसा,कोणत्या स्वरुपात, कोणत्या कृतीमुळे:- ‘झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी’ हा असा उपक्रम आहे की आपल्याकडे उपलब्ध असणारी पुस्तके अथवा tab वरील मोफत पुस्तकांची app  नुसती वाचायची नाहीत तर वाचलेली पुस्तके सारांश रूपाने मुलांनी गोष्टी रुपात सांगितली पाहिजे, सांगितलेली लिहिता आली पाहिजे  व लिहलेली रेकॉर्डिंग करता आली पाहिजे म्हणजेच मुले उत्तम व मनोरंजक पद्धतीने वाचनात सहभाग घेवू लागतात,त्यानंतर त्याच्याबद्दल अभिव्यक्त होऊ लागतात, त्याच बाबी लेखणीतून वहीमध्ये उतरवायला शिकल्याने लेखन कौशल्य सुधारते,व त्यांना भविष्यात उत्तम वार्ताहर, निवेदक होता यावे यासाठी रेकॉर्डिंग ची सवय लागण्यास साह्य होते.व त्याचा स्वताची रेकॉर्डिंग केलेल्या गोष्टीची एक उत्तम अशी झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी  तयार होते .असा हा उपक्रम असल्याने रेकॉर्डिंग केलेली शेकडो गोष्टीरुपी पुस्तके आज वेबसाईट वा लिंक च्या सह्याने  राज्यभरातील लाखो शिक्षकांना लाभ मिळत आहे.

ड ) काय व कोणासाठी :-  या उपक्रमातून मुलांचे बोलणे, वाचणे, लिखाण, उत्तम रेकॉर्डिंग कौशल्य सुधारणा होणार आहे ती फक्त एका शाळेतील नसून सर्व शाळेत सहज वापर होणारा उपक्रम आहे.

 

४) नवोपक्रमाचे नियोजन :-

        I.            उपक्रमपूर्व स्थितीचे निरीक्षण :- सदरील उपक्रम राबवण्यापूर्वी मुले आनंदाने वाचण्यासाठी उत्सुक दिसत नव्हती,त्यामुळे सहाजिकच वाचलेली गोष्ट अभिव्यक्त करता येत नव्हती आणि मग रेकॉर्डिंग करून स्वतंत्र लायब्ररी किंवा साठवण करणे शक्य होत नव्हते.

      II.            संबंधीत व्यक्तींशी,तज्ञांशी चर्चा :- या संदर्भाने मी माझ्या शाळेतील सहकारी,तसेच दर महिन्याच्या शिक्षण परिषेदेत सुद्धा यावर चर्चा घडवून आणली प्रत्येकाने वेगवेगळे उपाय सांगितले त्यावर मी सर्व एकत्रित करून हा एक अभिनव असा उपक्रम जुलै २०१८ पासून माझ्या शाळेत सुरु केला.

    III.            आवश्यक साधनांचा विचार :- उपक्रमाचे नावच ‘झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी’ असल्याने यासाठी या अगोदरच शाळेत शासनाचे उपलब्ध करून दिलेल्या वाचनालयातील उपलब्ध पुस्तके आणि माझ्या शाळेत १०० टक्के विद्यार्थ्यांना उपलब्ध असणारे tab हीच आवश्यक असणारी साधने आहेत. व रेकॉर्डिंग साठी तेच tab आम्ही उत्तमम पद्धतीने वापरतो म्हणजे आम्हाला कोणताही खर्च यासाठी करवा लागला नाही.सर्वांकडे असणारा मोबाईल चा हि वापर होवू शकतो आणि साठवण्यासाठी मोफत असणा-या गुगल ड्राईव चा वापर सहज कोणालाही करता येवू शकतो.

    IV.            करावयाच्या कृतीचा क्रम :-  

अ)हा उपक्रम राबवताना सर्वप्रथम विद्यार्थ्यांना पुस्तके अथवा tab हि साधने उपलब्ध करून देणे.

आ) त्यांच्याकडून एक गोष्ट वाचन करून घेणे.पाच मिनिटे डोळे मिटून त्याबद्दल स्मरण करण्यास सांगणे. त्यानंतर ती गोष्ट वर्गात सर्वांसमोर उभे राहून सांगणे.

इ) सांगितलेली गोष्ट त्यांच्या वहीत लिहण्यास सांगणे व आपण काळजीपूर्वक तपासून घेणे.

ई) वाचलेली, सांगितलेली,लिहिलेली गोष्ट tab च्या साह्याने रेकॉर्डिंग करून घेणे.व शिक्षकांनी त्याचे योग्य जतन करणे.

 

      V.            उपक्रमोत्तर स्थितीचे निरीक्षण :- उपक्रमोत्तर स्थिती ही अतिशय समाधान देणारी ठरते. कारण ज्या कारणासाठी हा उपक्रम सुरु केला होता त्यामध्ये १०० टक्के विद्यार्थी अगदी उत्साही प्रतिसाद देताना दिसतात.व १०० टक्के विद्यार्थ्याच्या अध्ययन निष्पत्ती सुद्धा यशस्वी झाल्याचे जाणवते.

    VI.            कार्यवाहीचे टप्पे :- जुलै २०१८ मध्ये आम्ही हा उपक्रम सुरु केला.व डिसेंबर २०१९ पर्यंतच्या नोंदी घेतल्या आहेत.

अ) दर आठवड्यात गुरुवारी हा उपक्रम आम्ही राबवतो.

ब) महिन्यात एक वेळा समुहिक सर्वांच्या रेकॉर्डिंग ऐकवतो.

क) दर ४ महिन्याला प्रत्येकच्या किती गोष्टी वाचून झाल्या व किती रेकॉर्डिंग केल्या याची नोंद ठेवली जाते.

  VII.            उपक्रमासाठी इतरांची मदत :- माझ्या शाळेतील माझे मुख्याध्यापक श्री. भोज बाबा काळेल  यांचे सहकार्य असते.तसेच पालक आमच्या भेटीला या उपक्रमात येणारे पालक सुद्धा काही गोष्टी मुलांना सांगतात त्याचाही लाभ आम्हाला यासाठी होतो.

VIII.            उपक्रमासाठी सदर करावयाचे पुरावे:-

अ) व्हिडीओ.

ब) मुलांनी लिहलेल्या गोष्टींचे फोटो.

क) रेकॉर्डिंग केल्याल्या गोष्टीची लिंक .

ड) इतर काही फोटो.

 

५) नवोपक्रमाची कार्यपद्धती :-

        I.            पूर्वपरिस्थितीची निरीक्षणे व त्यांच्या नोंदी :-   हा उपक्रम सुरु करण्यापूर्वी मुले धाडसाने अभिव्यक्त होत नव्हती आणि त्यामुळे tab समोर सहजपणे रेकॉर्डिंग करताना बोलू शकत नव्हती.

      II.            कार्यवाही दरम्यान निरीक्षणे व माहिती संकलन :- प्रत्यक्ष कार्यवाही करत असताना काही मुले दुर्लक्ष करायची मात्र इतर मुले छान गोष्ट सांगतात व रेकॉर्डिंग सुद्धा करतात हे पाहून त्यांच्यात हि सुधारणा झाली.काही मुले गोष्ट छान सांगायची मात्र लिहिताना अडचणी यायच्या मग त्यांना इतर मुलांचे नमुने दाखवले की हळूहळू सुधारणा झाली.तर काही रेकॉर्डिंग करताना मध्ये थांबायची सरावाने हे बंद झाले.

    III.            उपक्रम पूर्ण झाल्यावर निरीक्षणे व नोंदी – उपक्रम पूर्ण झाल्यावर वाचनातील उत्साहीपण दिसून आला, न थांबता गोष्टी सांगणे, रेकॉर्डिंग करणे सहज होताना दिसत आहे.

    IV.            कार्यवाहीत आलेल्या अडचणी :-  सर्वप्रथम इयत्ता १ लीच्या मुलांना वाचनात येणारी अडचण सोडवली व त्यानंतर अभिव्यक्त होण्यात बहुतांश अडचणी येत होत्या.मात्र त्यांना काही डेमो दाखवून हि समस्या सुटली.सर्वात मोठी अडचण होती tab समोर उभे राहून पूर्ण गोष्ट रेकॉर्डिंग करणे मात्र सुरुवातिला अर्धी अर्धी असे करत ती समस्या सुटत गेली.

 

 

      V.            माहितीचे विश्लेषण :

 

 

  ६ ) उपक्रमाची यशस्विता /फलनिष्पत्ती :-

अ) प्रत्येक मुलात आनंदाने  वाचनाची आवडनिर्माण झाली .

आ) वाचलेले आठवून सहजपणे सांगता येऊ लागले,सहजपणे अभिव्यक्त होता येऊ लागले .

इ) वाचलेले ,सांगितलेले ,सहजपणे लिहिता येऊ लागल्याने भविष्यातील लेखक निर्माण होऊ लागले.

ई) वाचलेले,अभिव्यक्त झालेले,लिहिलेले उत्तमपणे रेकॉर्डिंग करता येऊ लागल्याने भविष्यात माझे विद्यार्थी उत्तम वार्ताहर, सर्वगुणसंपन्न निवेदक होण्याच्या मार्गावर आले आहेत.

उ) वरील सर्व कार्यपद्धती तून प्रत्येक मुलाचे जवळपास १५ महिन्यात १०० गोष्टीची पुस्तके वाचून ५० -५० गोष्टींची रेकॉर्डिंग केलेल्या गोष्टींची  स्वता:ची एक झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी तयार झाली आहे.

उ) झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी चा उपयोग आमच्या शाळेतील सर्व विद्यार्थांसोबत सोशल मीडिया ,ब्लॉग,वेबसाईट च्या माध्यमातून  लाखो शिक्षक व शाळांना होताना दिसून येत आहे.

 

७) समारोप :- 

         एकूणच हा उपक्रम सुरु करताना येणा-या सर्व अडचणी सुटून माझ्या शाळेतील १ ली ते ४ थी च्या प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यात वाचनाची आवड निर्माण होवून मुले सहजपणे अभिव्यक्त होवू लागली व प्रत्येक शिक्षकाला वाचन लेखन,अभिव्यक्ती याबद्दल असणारी अस्वस्थ सहजपणे  नाहीसी झाली.यामुळे वाचलेले स्मरण करून समजून घेण्याची सवय लागल्याने स्पर्धा परीक्षेत सुद्धा याचा छान  उपयोग होवू लागला.मुले छान छान गोष्टी चे लेखन सुद्धा करू लागले.सर्व विषयात या उपक्रमाचा फायदा वाचन करून सहज आकलन करण्यास झाल्याने सर्व विषयाचे अध्ययन हे सहज व सुलभ होऊ लागले.जसे

       जे अवघड आहे ते सोपे करावे,

       जे सोपे आहे ते सहज करावे.

या उक्तीप्रमाणे माझ्या शाळेतील सर्व मुले उत्तम वाचक झाली, उत्तमपैकी लेखन करू लागली आहेत,अभिव्यक्त होवून छान पणे रेकॉर्डिंग करून स्वत:ची अशी झिरो बजेट लायब्ररी बनवण्यात आम्ही यशस्वी झालो आहोत. एवढेच नसून माझ्या www.shiKShanbhakti.in  या वेबसाईट च्या माध्यमातून हजारो  शिक्षकांनी याचा उपयोग सुरु केलेला दिसून येत आहे.

                                      माझ्या शाळेतील प्रत्येक मुल या उपक्रमाने नुसते वाचन, लेखनच नव्हे तर उद्याचा सर्वोत्तम लेखक, वक्ता,निवेदक झालेला आपणा सर्वांसमोर लवकरच दिसून येईल.
