बालाजी जाधव यांचे विविध अभिनव प्रयोग सातत्याने ग्रामीण विद्यार्थ्यांना उद्याचं
विश्व खुलं करणारे ठरताना दिसत आहेत व त्याचाच एक भाग म्हणजे या शाळेतील १ ली ते ४
थी चे ४० विद्यार्थी आता चक्क जपानी भाषा शिकत आहेत.
बालाजी
जाधव यांनी सांगितले कि आज समाजातील खूप सारे तरून पदवी नंतर परदेशात नोकरी साठी
प्रयत्न करतात मात्र त्या देशाची भाषा अवगत नसल्याने त्यांना ती नामी संधी मिळत
नाही मात्र विजयनगरच्या ग्रामीण गोर गरीब विद्यार्थ्यांना हि भविष्यात समस्या येऊ
नये म्हणून त्यांनी प्राथमिक शाळेतच त्यांना जपानी भाषेचे धडे देण्यास सुरुवात
केली व अगदी काही महिन्यात या शाळेतील विद्यार्थी जपानी भाषेत वाचन, लेखन, संवाद,
गणिते व दैनदिन संवाद साधण्यात तरबेज झाले आहेत.
सर्व
प्रथम २ ते ३ आठवडे आम्ही विद्यार्थ्यांना युट्युब वरील जपानी भाषेचे व्हिडिओ
दाखवून त्यांना श्रवण व पाहणे अशी सुरुवात केली.काही बेसिक गोष्टी त्यांना समजू
लागल्यावर जपानी भाषेतील संवाद दाखवण्यास सुरुवात केली व विद्यार्थ्यांनाही यात
मज्जा येऊ लागल्याचे जाणवू लागले.जपानी भाषेत ३ प्रकारच्या लिपी असतात त्यातील
हिरागाना नावाची लिपी आम्ही विद्यार्थ्यांना शिकवण्यास सुरुवात केली.त्यातील ५-५
अक्षरे शिकवून त्याचे वाचन व लेखन आम्ही
फावल्या वेळेत घेवू लागलो.प्रामुख्याने डीयूलींगो या app चा व युट्युब चा आम्हाला यामध्ये खूप फायदा झाला.एखादी बाब मी २
ते ३ दिवसात शिकलो तर विद्यार्थी मात्र एका दिवसात ते शिकायचे हा हि अनुभव मला
शिक्षक म्हणून याद्वारे जाणवला. विशेषतः इयत्ता १ ली चे विद्यार्थी खूप सहजतेने
शिकताना जाणवत होते .२ मिहीन्यात आम्ही मिळेल तसा वेळ यासाठी देवून अक्षरे, अंक,
वाचन,लेखन, संवाद या सर्व बाबी चांगल्या
प्रकारे पूर्ण करू शकलोत..
कोणतीही
भाषा श्रवण, भाषण संभाषण , वाचन व लेखन या प्रकारे उत्तम शिकता येते मग आम्ही छोटे
छोटे संवाद ४ ते ५ ओळी चे गटागटाने घ्यायला सुरुवात केली आणि या पद्धतीने खूप कमी
वेळेत आम्ही शिकायला लागलो.मग अक्षरा पासून छोटे शब्द तयार करून त्याचे वाचन, व
जपानी लिपीत छोटे छोटे शब्द लेखनात पण चांगली गती येवू लागली.विद्यार्थी जपानी
भाषेतील, प्राणी, पक्षी, वार, महिने,फळे, फुले, नातेवाईक, कृती, दैनंदिन शब्द व
वाक्य वाचन, बोलणे हे सहजपणे करू लागले.साधारण ४ महिन्याचा या सर्व बाबी शिकण्यास
वेळ लागला.
यानंतर
आम्ही अंक व गणिते यावर भर देवून सर्व अंक मराठी व जपानी भाषेत वाचन, लेखन शिकलो व
आज घडीला सर्व विद्यार्थी नुसते अंक ओळखतच नाहीत तर जपानी भाषेत त्याचे लेखन तर
करतच आहेत पण त्यापलीकडे जपानी भाषेत बेरीज,वजाबाकी, गुणाकार, भागाकार सुद्धा करत
आहेत.
कोणताही
जपानी माणूस बोलताना दिसला तर १०० टक्के आमच्या विद्यार्थ्यांना ते आत्ता समजू शकते,
कोणतेही शब्द, वाक्ये ,अंक, रक्कम इत्यादी ते ओळखू व वाचन बोलणे सहजपणे करू शकतात.
परदेशी भाषा शिकण्यास एकीकडे हजारो रुपये शिकवणी वर्गासाठी लोक घालवतात मात्र
इतक्या ग्रामीण भागात हि मुले अशी अभिनव शिकत असल्याने पालक खूप खुश आहेत, मुले
घरीही छोटे छोटे वाक्ये बोलतात पालकांना ते समजत नाही मात्र काहीतरी वेगळं शिकत आहेत
याचा त्यांना आनंद व अभिमान आहे.प्रत्येक विद्यर्थ्याला जपानी साठी एक वेगळी वही
शाळेतून दिली त्यामध्ये त्याचा सराव करतात.छोटे शब्द ,वाक्ये आता एकूण सुद्धा लिहू
शकतात.
एकूणच
इतक्या लहान वयात मुलांना एक वेगळी परदेशी भाषा शिकण्याची संधी बालाजी जाधव सारख्या कल्पक
शिक्षकामुळे ग्रामीण विद्यार्थ्यांना प्राप्त झाली आहे व या सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना
त्यांच्या भविष्यात याचा खूप मोठा लाभ होईल अशी खात्री श्री बालाजी जाधव या
एकशिक्षकी शाळेतल एकमेव शिक्षक यांनी आमच्याशी संवाद साधताना दिली.व दरवर्षी अशी
एक वेगळी भाषा मुलांना दैनंदिन अभ्यासासोबत शिकवण्याचा संकल्प असल्याचेही त्यांनी
सांगितले.

Japanese language lessons in Vijayanagar school
In the perennially drought-prone Man taluka of Satara District, District School Vijayanagar and its innovative teacher Balaji Jadhav are constantly seeing the various innovative experiments that are opening up the world of tomorrow to the rural students and a part of it is that 40 students from 1st to 4th of this school are now learning Japanese language. are
Balaji Jadhav said that today many students in the society try to get a job abroad after graduation, but because they do not know the language of that country, they do not get that opportunity. Kelly and in just a few months, the students of this school have become proficient in reading, writing, communication, mathematics and daily communication in Japanese.
First of all for 2 to 3 weeks we started listening and watching Japanese videos to the students from YouTube. After they understood some basic things, we started showing dialogues in Japanese and the students also started enjoying it. There are 3 types of scripts in Japanese language. We started teaching Hiragana script to the students. After learning 5-5 letters of it, we started reading and writing it in our spare time. Mainly the app Dulingo and YouTube helped us a lot. As a teacher, I felt this experience of learning them in one day. Especially the students of class 1 were learning very easily. In 2 months we were able to complete all aspects of letters, numbers, reading, writing, communication well by giving as much time as we got.
Any language can be learned best by listening, speaking, conversation, reading and writing. Then we started taking small dialogues in groups of 4 to 5 lines and in this way we started learning in very short time. Then making small words from letters and reading them, and In the Japanese script, the writing of small words started to get better. The students started to read and speak the Japanese language, animals, birds, blows, months, fruits, flowers, relatives, actions, daily words and sentences easily. It took time to learn.
After that we learned to read and write all numbers in Marathi and Japanese with emphasis on numbers and mathematics and today all students not only recognize numbers but are writing them in Japanese but beyond that they are also doing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in Japanese.
100% of our students can understand any Japanese person right away if they see any Japanese speaking, recognize any words, sentences, numbers, amounts etc. and read and speak easily. On the one hand, people spend thousands of rupees on tuition classes to learn a foreign language, but in such a rural area, parents are very happy that these children are learning such innovative things, even at home, children speak small sentences, parents do not understand them, but they are happy and proud that they are learning something different. Every student learns Japanese. They practice it in a separate notebook given to them by the school. Now they can write short words, sentences as a whole.
All in all, the opportunity to learn a different foreign language at such a young age has been given to the rural students by an innovative teacher like Balaji Jadhav and assured that all these students will benefit greatly in their future. He also said that there is a resolution to teach such a different language to children along with daily studies.
